Toro Wine Bar in de Waterkant is an awesome little gem – chilled, unpretentious, often filled with foreigners – plus the wine on offer isn't just the bog-standard. Garagiste and boutique wines are abound. Carefully selected imported varietals are also available by the glass and often for tasting.
The simple food menu consists of snacking delights such as charcuterie and cheese boards, fresh breads and preserves, paninis and bruschettas.
